The CMR Team @ CAIA
The Candidate and Member Relations (CMR) team serves a key role in the journey of our global community as they obtain their CAIA Charter: We support Candidates taking the CAIA exams and we engage with our global Members.
Our primary role is to respond to all incoming emails and phone calls from our global constituents. Additionally, we administer and work on a series of ongoing strategic initiatives to ensure our Candidates and Members have an experience with CAIA that reflects the stature of the brand, propels the mission of the organization, and underscores the value of the designation.
The Candidate and Member Relations Intern is a hybrid position that will require working in our Amherst office twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays or at the discretion of supervisor. This position reports to the Director of Candidate & Member Relations.
Position Overview:
This position will provide the opportunity to gain professional experience in Customer Lifecycle Management, from direct engagement with our global community to diving into data-driven projects.
During CAIA’s Internship program, you will experience what it is like to be a valued member of a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, and work on day-to-day projects as well as larger communication campaigns in support of the association’s key goals and objectives.
