Kristina Kuhnke is a Managing Director on Monarch’s Investor Relations & Business Development team. She joined Monarch in 2024 from RoundShield Partners, where she was a Partner, Head of Investor Relations and Business Development. Prior thereto, Kristina was at Triton Partners as a Director. She graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a B.A. in Psychology and Communications. She is a member of PEWIN, Level20 and 100Women in Finance.
