Catharina Weber is Managing Director of WSH Family Office, a Düsseldorf-based multi-family office advising entrepreneurial families on strategy, wealth structuring, and generational transitions. She joined the firm’s leadership in 2024 as part of the second generation.
Her work focuses on strategic wealth advisory, with a particular emphasis on asset allocation and the structuring of large-scale portfolios. Within WSH, she is responsible for Private Credit investments across a broad range of underlying strategies.
Prior to joining WSH, Catharina worked as a strategic advisor and family officer, most recently as an Equity Partner at a Cologne-based family office and previously as a Senior Advisor at a leading Hamburg family office. She began her career at EY in Düsseldorf in the Family Office Services practice.
Since 2014, she has been actively involved with the German Association of Independent Family Offices (VuFO).
