· we collect information when you enter your personal information on our site, for example when creating an account, enrolling in the program or signing up to take qualification examinations either on the Website or by mail/email;
· if you attempt to register for an exam on the site, we will collect information concerning your consent to the Terms of Use agreement;
· if you register for an exam on the site, we may also collect information on how you use the site in order to improve our website services;
· if you contact us, we may keep a record of that contact; and/or collect information via cookies (see Section 3 below).

3. Our use of cookies.

6. You can access the information we keep about you.
If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we hold about you, you are welcome to access your record by visiting the Account Info section of the Website or by e-mailing us at privacy@caia.org. Our file of your information will be made available to you within 14 days.

7. Changing the information we have about you.
If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, please visit the Account Info section of the Website or contact us by e-mailing us at privacy@caia.org and we will amend this record.

8. Deleting the information we have about you or stopping any further advertising material.
If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know by e-mailing us at privacy@caia.org and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it, except for that information we need to keep for legal reasons.

At CAIA Association, we try to do everything reasonable to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. The Association makes every attempt to restrict your information to employees who have specific authorization. We also continually endeavor to improve our security safeguards. CAIA Association disclaims any responsibility for events arising from unauthorized access to your personal information.
Please note also that CAIA Association or its service providers may use overseas facilities to process or back up its information. As a result, we may transfer to and store your personal information at our overseas facilities. However, this does not change our commitment to safeguard your privacy.

10. CAIA Association and links to other websites.
The Website provides links to other, outside websites. These linked sites are not under our control, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for their content or conduct.
