We are pleased to provide our candidates with an enhanced group of Level I and Level II sample questions on the CAIA website. This represents an ongoing effort to provide useful study materials to those preparing for the CAIA exams.
Each of these questions has been drawn from the learning objectives in the study guides, thus offering an opportunity to see how CAIA questions are structured and delivered on the exam. We've also included a key so that you can check your answers. Sorry -- the key won't be included on exam day -- you'll be on your own.

Exam Scheduling Now Open
Pearson VUE has opened its testing centers to scheduling for the September 2006 CAIA exam period, September 11 - 22. We strongly recommend scheduling your exam appointment as soon as possible to ensure a seat at your preferred testing center.
Scheduling instructions are contained in the Confirmation of Registration email generated post-purchase.

Mark Anson, CEO of Hermes Pensions Management, which oversees British Telecom's $58 billion pension plan, doesn't need a certificate to prove he knows about alternative investing. In his previous position as CIO of the $208 billion California Public Employees' Retirement System, Anson - who has a Ph.D. in finance and a JD, and is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst and an auditor - gained a reputation for being at the forefront of the move by institutional investors into alternatives.
