AMHERST, MASS, Sep. 9, 2008 - The Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association® (CAIA), an independent, not-for-profit international organization that provides a charter program for professionals in alternative investments, today announced that it has placed its member roster online as a one-stop view of current CAIA members for those seeking experts in the alternative investment industry.

The CAIA member roster, which is updated daily, is available at www.caia.org/aboutcaia/memberroster/.

"We are proud to recognize these individuals, who collectively represent more than 2,000 CAIA designees from over 53 countries around the globe," said Craig Asche, executive director of the CAIA Association. Since its inception in 2002, more than 8,000 individuals have enrolled in the CAIA program, representing thousands of financial institutions. Members include fund managers and administrators, investment advisors, consultants, security analysts, lawyers, accountants and educators. The CAIA designation has quickly become the global hallmark of excellence in this rapidly growing field.
