Having recognized the significant growth displayed by alternative investments in the global economy, I decided to invest my time and energy into the CAIA program to become an expert in the field. It was a challenging journey, but a worthwhile one given the overwhelming sense of achievement upon completion of the program. Earning the CAIA designation has enhanced my credibility with my clients and has demonstrated my commitment to professional development.
Now, as an independent non-executive director with Clearwater Advisors Cayman, I have the privilege of partnering with some of the world’s most innovative asset managers providing fund governance and regulatory solutions to meet their needs. The knowledge obtained throughout the CAIA program is beneficial to me on a daily basis and my clients are satisfied in developing relationships with an educated and competent professional. Passionate about fund governance and living in one of the leading jurisdictions in the world for investment fund vehicles, the Cayman Islands, I am thriving on working with some of the most innovative and successful asset managers across the globe and look forward to working with many more diverse clients in the years to come.

Lee is an Associate Director with Clearwater Advisors in the Cayman Islands where he provides a range of fiduciary services (such as independent directors, AML Officers, FATCA/CRS and Economic Substance) to investment fund vehicles primarily domiciled in the Cayman Islands. He has worked with some of the world's largest and most sophisticated asset managers in Europe and North America and has developed a client-focused reputation with a track record of client satisfaction.
Lee is an Accredited Director and is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association. He is also a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology in Ireland.
