- Supervise IT projects to
include evaluation, research, implementation and support
- Manage new website project
- Maintain vendor
relationships and source new vendors as needed

- Candidates with MBA degree will be considered provided that they have at least 5 years of industry experience
- Teaching experience is highly desirable

The Associate Director of Industry Relations, Australasia, coordinates and executes the promotion of the CAIA designation to the investment community in Asia, Australia & New Zealand. The investment community includes, but is not limited to, financial firms, industry associations, and regulatory bodies. Activities shall include, but not be limited to, establishing outreach opportunities, presenting the CAIA program in private and public venues, and speaking to the press on behalf of the CAIA Association. The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Outreach.

The IT Director will partner with the management team to align company information technology with the strategic direction of the CAIA Association by building and developing IT organization, processes and procedures to support business needs. The IT Director is responsible for the IT development and deployment and user training to ensure quality, performance and scalability of all IT systems.

Associate Directors of Curriculum
CAIA is looking for three (3) - four (4) Associate Directors to cover alternative investment areas: hedge funds, private equity, commodities and CTA's, and real estate.
The Associate Director of Curriculum will be responsible for the development of the CAIA exam study materials including the Study Guides and supporting reading materials within their area of expertise. These positions will work closely with the Director of Curriculum, Director of Examinations, teams of experts made up of authors, CAIA employees, CAIA members, and members of the various CAIA Boards and Committees. These positions will report directly to the Director of Curriculum.

Marketing Associate
- Managing the public relations campaign

- Initiating, negotiating and maintaining media partnerships for the membership with industry service providers

The Marketing Associate supports the strategic objective of promoting the CAIA designation and providing a high quality of service for CAIA members and candidates by implementing and executing marketing programs. Activities shall include, but not be limited to, media partnership maintenance and development, collateral maintenance and development, ad campaign development and execution, and copywriting of all types of communications. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Outreach.
